be difficult to navigate through, our team is here to support you in this
process. We prepared an overview of the necessary aspects of purchasing under the
NDIS scheme.

We are registered under
Assistive Technology - Recreational Equipment Category, therefore if
your NDIS plan states this category, we will be more than happy to assist you
in the purchase process.
NDIS
FUNDING OPTIONS and PURCHASE PROCESS
There are three options
to manage your NDIS funding - self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed. Below
we explain the purchasing process for each of them:
Self-managed - you
can proceed with your order on our website, pay for it and submit your claim to
NDIA yourself. The whole process is managed by you and you do not need to submit
the service agreement form to us.
Plan-managed - once you select the products you would like to
purchase, you can register on our website as “Quotation for NDIS or tender purposes, oversize or
non-standard orders” customer and proceed
with the purchase. Once you put your desired items to the cart, proceed to the
Check-out. Fill in your billing and shipping address, select your delivery
method and at the “Payment” stage select “Pay Later / NDIS”. Confirm
Terms and Condition and continue to the next stage. Confirm your purchase
intention and submit to obtain the QUOTATION.
You can download your
Quotation Document at your Account, under “View your order history” section.
Please note, that we will first need to confirm the quotation therefore it
might take a while before you will be able to download the document.
Once you obtain the quotation, you will need to forward it to
your Plan Manager. If you are Plan-managed, you do not need to
complete a service agreement for us. Your Plan Manager will help you with
this and they will make a claim if appropriate, and transfer the payment to us.
Once payment is received we will process and send your order to you.
(NDIA) Agency-managed – if
you are an Agency-managed client, our team will hep you do a service booking
and submit a claim (if appropriate) to the NDIA directly. You will however need
to submit, at the registration, your Service Agreement and OT letter. You can
download sample documents below. Once you select the products you would like to
purchase, proceed to Check-out. Upon the registration, select “Quotation for NDIS or tender purposes, oversize or
non-standard orders” and after providing your details
upload your completed Service Agreement Form and OT Letter. Fill in all
necessary information, accept Terms and Conditions and continue to the next
stage. Fill in your billing and shipping address, select your delivery method
and at the “Payment” stage select “Pay Later / NDIS”. Confirm Terms and
Condition and continue to the next stage. Confirm your purchase intention and
submit to obtain the QUOTATION.
If it is approved we will process and send your order to
you. Please note, we require a new service agreement each time you complete an
order with us (even if it from the same plan period).
