How do I order?
There’s a couple of ways that you can
order from us.

Where do your
products come from?
We have sourced the very best products
from Australia, Europe, America and China to be able to offer the very best
play equipment for your children.
Are the products
under warranty?
Yes, all goods offered in our shop are
under manufactures warranty. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of
purchase (date of invoice).
Can I return the
product?
Product can be returned only within 14
days from delivery date, in original box, perfect conditions, with no sings of
usage.
Customers returning a product need to cover the freight cost.
Can I claim the
product under warranty?
To proceed the claim, we require an
email with information:
- problem description
- detailed product pictures showing the issue and installation method
- product batch number
Client will receive the answer within max. 2 weeks from documents
completion.
In case of faulty product, Clients may
expect a replacement, a repair, an exchange for similar
product, store credit, or a full refund.

Are your items
always in stock?
Yes, most of our items like swings,
hardware and accessories are in stock and can be dispatched within two working
days from when you order.
If products is not in stock, you can contact us and pre-order it.
Are your products
in kit form?
Yes, some of our products are in kit
form and most items come with hardware and instructions.
Can you ship
bulky products to my home address?
Our oversized and heavy items (such us
swing frames or Therapy Gyms) in majority cases cannot be delivered
directly to your home due to courier’s size/weight restrictions. This product
must be packed on pallet and can only be shipped to a business address with a
forklift operating on-site. Alternatively, the product can be shipped to the
closest depot and picked up by Client. Please check your options before
ordering.
Can you offer
installation for your products?
Only Indoor Therapy may be assembled -
if Client place is located in Sydney. Terms and conditions apply when choosing
this service. Please call us / send us an email, we will check possible options
for you.
