Children can climb up the colourful rock wall to make them feel on top of the world before taking the cargo net down to the ground and starting the adventure all over again.

 

Take two and it is up the built-in wooden ladder to a raised platform where they can take in the views before sliding down the 4ft slide.

 

If this was not enough, your little ones will have their own den with access through a colourful fabric door at the side - it’s a great little cubby hideaway.

A 4ft blue slide so your little ones can have an alternative way of descending from the playcentre and starting the adventure all over again. Slides provide opportunity for children to experience vestibular stimulation as they move down the slide. Children learn to organise themselves at the top of the slide in order to slide down while sitting or lying on their stomachs.

Plum Play – Dimensional Timber Guide

From the smallest baby swing set to the biggest Wildebeest play-centre, dimensional or ‘square cut’ timber is found in many of Plum’s wooden play sets. Dimensional timber is taken from more mature trees between 90 and 110 years old; this means it contains very little heart wood so is less prone to splitting.

Small openings and hairline splits will still occur when the dimensional timber becomes wet and then dries out. This can occur when the timber is doused in a rain shower then dries afterwards in the sun. Each Plum wooden play set has tolerances built into it to allow for natural occurrences such as these, they are designed to ensure that the structural integrity is not compromised.
