The KBT Swinging D Shackle Swing Hanger ‘through’ is designed to be bolted directly through the timber crossbar of a swing set, providing a secure and stable connection. It includes a nylon bush, which offers significantly better durability than PP bushes. All KBT swing hooks feature extra-thick bright zinc-plated galvanization for enhanced protection against corrosion.

The hanger has a shaft approximately 140 mm long, sized at M12, and comes complete with washers and nuts for easy installation. The internal space of the D shackle is 23 x 30 mm.

This swing hook is intended for residential use only and should not be used in other settings. A one-year warranty applies when the product is correctly used in a residential environment.

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

The frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary with the type of equipment or materials used or other factors (e.g. Heavy use, coastal location, air pollution, age of equipment, ...). Moving metal parts must be oiled regularly.
