Inclusive Play Equipment – ADA Accessible Swing Seat: The Jennswing
The Jennswing seat was designed in America to help meet the American Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines for playground equipment in public applications.
It allows a child to be more easily lifted onto the swing and quickly secured with straps.
The semi-reclined design offers better upper and lower body support than other disability swing seats. The leg rest provides additional support, while the armrests offer lateral stability. The Jennswing comes complete with a adjustable safety harness that securely locks the child in place at the waist and shoulders.
With its partially reclined, body-embracing design and easily adjustable safety harness, the Jennswing provides children with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ride. There is no fixed seat angle; the position depends on the severity of the child’s disability. The point where the H-shackle is attached determines the pitch of the seat.
The Jennswing seat is made out of durable, rotational moulded polyethylene plastic and can accommodate children up to 50kg.

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
